Infinity Token provides an AI API aggregation platform that allows developers to access multiple large language models through a unified API endpoint. We act as a gateway and do not own or operate the underlying AI models.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Abuse, excessive automated requests, or reselling without authorization is prohibited.
5. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused API credits except where required by law. Pricing is subject to change with notice posted on our website.
6. Limitation of Liability
Infinity Token is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from AI-generated content.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on this platform are the property of Infinity Token or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
